Today, Greenlaw’s comprehensive investment management platform includes in-house asset and property management, acquisitions, development, construction management, leasing, and accounting/finance.
Our name, “Greenlaw,” honors Wil Smith’s grandfather, Greenlaw Grupe, Sr., a pioneer and innovator in California real estate development in the mid-1900s, and we are proud to continue this legacy of entrepreneurship and leadership today.
