With a full-service, highly experienced Property Accounting team, Greenlaw conducts full-cycle financial reporting for our investors and clients.
Our Property Accounting professionals, in close coordination with our Property Management team and our clients, develop customized reporting packages based upon the specific needs of our client’s portfolios, utilizing expertise with systems such as Yardi, MRI and Kardin. Greenlaw also coordinates audit preparation and tax reporting and guides investors on debt placement as required.
Greenlaw provides comprehensive construction management services, including design planning, competitive bidding, coordination, and project oversight through completion of each job. Our teams implement services for all construction activities, ranging from base building system replacements and upgrades, tenant improvements, and interior/exterior building renovations, to property redevelopment / repurposing and ground-up development. We collaborate with best-in-class design, architectural, engineering, and general contracting firms to successfully plan, budget, and execute each project.
Within the operations of its portfolio of assets, Greenlaw is committed to the implementation of environmentally conscious practices. We individually review each property to maximize all opportunities to reduce energy consumption, enhance water conservation, and effectively apply green practices. Greenlaw works closely with its employees, tenants, and building staff to promote awareness and active participation in environmentally sound procedures. Each year, we continue to track and benchmark the usages for the properties to measure progress and success.
