Since forming in 2003, Greenlaw Partners has acquired more than $7 billion of real estate assets through its affiliated joint ventures with select institutional and private capital partners. Greenlaw partners with clients for the asset’s entire lifecycle, including acquisition, due diligence, lease-up and stabilization, and asset disposal.
Our investment strategy is designed to create value and maximize returns for our investors. We focus on obtaining the highest possible risk-adjusted returns in acquiring office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties throughout the nation.
A majority of our acquisitions are off-market transactions, made possible by an extensive network of relationships. By integrating our investments with our in-house management capabilities, our team takes on full accountability for the success of each investment.
